Christophe Cornet has over 25 years of culinary experience.

Chef Christophe Cornet, owner of Dining Escapades, started his professional career at the age of 16 when he started culinary school while also working at the Restaurant le St. James in Bordeaux, France, a 1-star Michelin restaurant. He stayed for 5 years and moved to Paris to work at Restaurant Michel Rostang, a 2-star Michelin, under the tutelage of Michel Rostang. After just 2 years in Paris, he was recruited to bring his French culinary expertise to Las Vegas at the Bellagio’s opening of Le Cirque Restaurant. His career changed direction when the Maloof family acquired the Sacramento Kings NBA team, and brought over Chef Cornet to be their personal Chef for 13 years. After the family left Sacramento, he became the Executive Chef at the Brasserie Capitale (now known as Brasserie du Monde). With COVID, he decided to combine his years of fine dining experience with his years of personalized service, to start a private fine dining service, with the idea that you can have Michelin star-worthy food and service in the comfort of your own home.
